People ask me how much time this takes, and they brace for the answer. They have been told before that "just a few hours a week" means every evening and both weekend days. So here is the honest number: twenty minutes, most days. Not every day. Most.
What matters more than the number is the order. Do these four things in this order and the twenty minutes compound. Do them in a random order, or skip the last one, and you will feel busy and go nowhere.
Minutes 1 to 5: the set
Sign in, open Earn credits, watch the five ads, claim. Your streak grows a day, your credits go up, and you have looked at what five other members are advertising. That last part is not nothing. It is market research you get paid for. If someone in your line ran a good ad, you just saw it, and you can tell them so.
Then spend the claim. The done screen has a button for it. Point a small campaign at your own invite link. Never let credits sit.
Minutes 5 to 10: your line
Open My line and look at the level-one names. Not the counts, the names. Who joined this week and has not linked a wallet? Who bought a package and has nobody under them yet? Who has gone quiet?
Pick one person and send one message. Not a broadcast, a message to that one person about the one thing that is next for them. "I saw you claimed three days in a row, nice. Your next step is the $20 package, because it turns on your payouts. Want me to walk you through the wallet part?" That is the whole message. Two minutes to write.
Minutes 10 to 15: the tank
If you have bought your own $20 package and your payouts are on, look at the holding tank. Those are free members who joined with no sponsor. Adopting one makes you their sponsor, and their first purchase binds to you on-chain. It costs nothing but the message you send them afterward. Take one when there is one. It is the cheapest team member you will ever get.

Minutes 15 to 20: one conversation outward
This is the part people skip, and it is the only part that grows the line. One conversation with one person who already pays for traffic somewhere. A site owner, a list owner, someone running ads on a safelist. You are not selling a program. You are showing them an ad platform that pays them back when the people they bring in advertise.
Send the invite link, or better, send the partner page if they run a site of their own. Then stop. One person, one message, and tomorrow another one.
The days you skip
You will skip days. The streak resets, and that stings a little, which is the point of the streak. But the line does not reset. The person you messaged yesterday still has your message. The campaign you launched is still running. The member you adopted is still yours.
So when you miss a day, do not try to make it up with an hour the next day. Just do the twenty minutes. In order.
What twenty minutes buys
Do the routine for thirty days and here is what exists that did not exist before: a streak that pays 25 credits every seventh day, thirty small campaigns worth of your own traffic, thirty messages to people in your line, a handful of adoptions, and thirty conversations with advertisers. Some of those conversations turn into a package. Each package pays you the same second it is bought.
That is not passive. It is twenty minutes a day, in the right order, for as long as you want the line to grow.
